Local ingredients, such as lavender, mint, honeysuckle and pine, are hand-picked, dried, and infused into their oils. Steam distilled hydrosols are made at home in small batches to bring all the benefits of each plant into our products. In addition, all of their jams/pickles, etc. are handmade in small batches, using local ingredients whenever possible.
